Beth Coulter Turns Professional at the Women’s Irish Challenge as Irish Star Embarks on Next Chapter
One of Ireland’s brightest golfing talents, Beth Coulter, has officially announced she is turning professional at this week’s Women’s Irish Challenge at Malahide Golf Club, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in one of Irish golf’s most promising careers.
The 22-year-old from Kirkistown Castle Golf Club arrives in Malahide following an outstanding amateur career that has seen her establish herself as one of Europe’s leading players. A two-time Curtis Cup representative for Great Britain & Ireland, Coulter has represented Ireland with distinction across the world, competing in the Augusta National Women’s Amateur, the World Amateur Team Championships, European Team Championships and numerous elite international events.
There could be no more fitting stage for Coulter’s professional debut than the Women’s Irish Challenge, an event that has become a launchpad for the next generation of stars on the Ladies European Tour and beyond.
With a strong field featuring many of Europe’s emerging professionals and some of Ireland’s finest players, Coulter’s decision to begin her professional career in front of home support adds another compelling storyline to one of Ireland’s premier women’s golf events.
